I have heard that Jaidyn Young, who is the standby for Annie, Pepper, Duffy & July with be going on as Annie once a week. Not sure which day, though.

I saw the original West End production of Annie in 1980 and there were two casts of Annie and orphans that played alternate performances (I still have my program).
