Sherie Rene Scott has starred in some of the biggest shows on Broadway - she's played Amneris in Aida, Christine in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Marty in Grease, Maureen in Rent and Ursula in The Little Mermaid. Currently, Scott is starring in Everyday Rapture, which she has co-written with Dick Scanlan. Everyday Rapture opened on April 29th, and is set to close on July 11th. The production also had an off-Broadway run at the Second Stage Theatre in 2009. BroadwayWorld Reporter Nick Orlando spoke with Scott about the transfer from off-Broadway to Broadway, and character Sherie versus real-life Sherie.

A recent graduate of the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, School of Film & Television, he is best known for his starring role in Nickelodeon's supernatural hit comedy, 'The Troop,' where Del Rio plays Felix, a shy teen trying to keep the global monster population under control. Del Rio's previous stage credits include The Elephant Man, Next to the Last Hamlet, The Odyssey and Joe: The Musical. He recently spoke with BroadwayWorld about premiering on the Great White Way, joining the Heights family and more.

In addition, she co-wrote and starred in the successful 2003 film 'Anything But Love,' opposite Andrew McCarthy and Eartha Kitt. The film won Audience Awards and Best Film awards at numerous festivals; Rose even picked up the Best Up and Coming Actress award. She performs frequently all over New York City, selling out Joe's Pub, Opia, Makor and Helen's. Rose is working on her debut CD, 'Boy Wanted,' which is due out in stores this October. Now, this multi-talented performer can add author to her many credits and talents. Her first novel, The J.A.P. Chronicles, was published in May, 2005; the paperback is due out on May 9th. Not only did she write this novel, but has turned it into a musical, composed the music and adapted the lyrics from the book. The result is J.A.P. Chronicles, the Musical.
