Denise Fleetham was born and raised in New York. She began attending Broadway shows at age 11. A savvy child, she purchased half priced tickets using her earned money from babysitting and delivering newspapers. At age thirteen she became the official neighborhood critic of theater and film. She went on to graduate from the oldest and most renowned acting school in the USA, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She continued her study of theater at the Warren Robertson Studio Theater and Circle in the Square in New York City. Some of her mentors are Lynn Redgrave, Alan Arkin, and Cybill Shepard. Ms. Fleetham has entered the world of narration for iTunes Apps. The most recent is “Shoot Like the Pros; Histograms Explained”. She began freelance writing in 1995 and has been published in books, magazines, newspapers, and online. She writes about her travels, entertainment, theater, gossip and her endeavors with her unintentional farm life and business.
Ms. Fleetham is married to the famous underwater photographer, David Fleetham. They have two children and live at Rainbow Ridge Farm on the island of Maui in Hawaii.
