York Theatre Company Presents METHTACULAR! Tonight
After the acclaimed New York run of Steven Strafford's METHTACULAR! (presented Off-Broadway by kef theatrical productions), The York Theatre Company (619 Lexington Ave) will present a revised version of the show for one night only, tonight, February 18th at 6:30 PM.
Directed by kef theatrical Artistic Director Adam Fitzgerald with music supervision & arrangements by Grammy and two-time Emmy Award winner John McDaniel and with Music Direction, Original Music and Additional Arrangements by William TN Hall, METHTACULAR! is described as Steven Strafford's hilarious and harrowing account of his three year run as a crystal meth addict in Chicago.
Prior to the NYC run, METHTACULAR! was selected as one of only 37 shows to be a part of the 2012 Cincinnati Fringe Festival in Cincinnati, Ohio - where it was singled out as the "Artists' Pick of the Fringe." Additionally, Mr. Strafford was selected as "Outstanding Solo Performing" of the festival.
The reading of METHTACULAR! will be presented at the York Theatre Company on Monday, Feb 18th at 6:30 PM. The reading is currently sold out, wait list requests can be made by emailing methtacular@gmail.com.
