Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival's 'Best Of Fest' Held 7/26

On Sunday, July 26, theatre lovers will get an extra chance to catch the most popular shows at this year's Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival.

Tonight on the Outdoor Stage, Ken Rudderham and TimCranwill, hosts of FRINGE AFTER DARK: The Night Shift, will announce the Best of Fest winners:

2:15 pm - Fruitcake (Rob Gee)Advance tickets for Best of the Fest go on sale Thursday, July 23 at 10 am.

Once again, 100% of Best of Fest ticketswill be available in advance. Remaining tickets will be sold at the door on Sunday, and Frequent Fringers and Buddy Passes will be accepted.

Tickets for all Best of Fest shows in Venues 1-11 are $9 and in the Kids Venue are $5 for kids and $9 for adults. Best of the Fest is part fundraiser, with proceeds being split between the winning companiesand the Winnipeg Fringe Festival.

Nominees for the Harry S. Rintoul Memorial Award: Bloodless: The Trial of Burke and Hare by Joseph Aragon, Molotov Circus by Debbie Patterson and My Imaginary Harry by Cory Wojcik. The award will be presented onSunday, July 26 during FRINGE AFTER DARK: The Night Shift with hosts Ken Rudderham and Tim Cranwill in Old Market Square
