WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS Returns To WBT

By:

The highly popular show, which sold out here in Early November, highlights almost all phases of Ballroom dancing in showcase presentations in two 50-minutes acts.

Returning, are the youngsters Anna and Patryk who are currently one of the most sought-after dance teams in America. They join five other World and American Champion couples. The dance world now is buzzing to see whether or not Anna (Kaczmarski) and Patryk (Ploszaj) will be the next Ginger Rogers-Fred Astaire dancing sensations. The New York-based dancers, now age 13, were finalists last season on NBC's hit show "America's Got Talent" and featured on their 25-cities National Tour. On New Year's Eve, they headlined the show at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.

Two-time World Professional 10-Dance Champions (Latin & Ballroom) and four-time National Champions Gherman Mustuc and Iveta Lukosiute return with exciting new presentations. They are three-time U.S. Classical Showdance Champions and Silver medalists for the World title. They were judges on Europe's Dancing With The Stars and danced on ABC-TV's The View and MTV.

Igor Litvinov and Julia Ivleva are the winners of 60 professional events in America since arriving from Moscow. They were Showdance Champions at the coveted Ohio Star Ball and ten-time U.S. Representatives to the World Standard Ballroom title held in Blackpool, England.

Recent winners of the U.S. Cabaret Championship in Vegas are Plamen Danailov and Tina Gerova who represent Bulgaria where they are the five-time undefeated Latin Champions. They are World South American Showdance finalists and continue as the Latin Champions of all Fred Astaire Studios throughout the world.

Audience favorites, Dmitri and Svetlana Ostashkin of Ardsley, NY, were twice the Latin Champions of Eastern Europe and Grand Finalists for the World Showdance crown held in Shanghai, China, when they represented Russia. They own the New York Dance Center in Ardsley where they teach and coach.

Ivan Terrazas and Sara Grdanare known for their sensuous dancing chemistry in Argentine Tango, performed to huge acclaim in New York City Center's Fall Dance Festival and were featured dancers with the Pan American Symphony Orchestra. The show's producer is Bob Beslove. It's Artistic Director is Marianne Nicole and Musical Director, Peter Collins.
