Rashad last starred on Broadway in ROMEO AND JULIET opposite Orlando Bloom. She was nominated for a Tony for her role in Broadway's THE TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL as well as STICK FLY. The actress also appeared as 'Sophie' in RUINED off-Broadway. She is the daughter of actress Phylicia Rashad, with whom she starred in the 2012 TV movie adaptation of STEEL MAGNOLIAS. She played a recurring role on NBC's SMASH and has also appeared in the TV series THE GOOD WIFE, LAW & ORDER: CI and SUBMISSIONS ONLY.
