Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: Eddie George brings his showmanship to Broadway's CHICAGO starting tonight!

Two-time Tony nominee André De Shields is currently starring in the Broadway-bound production of GOTTA DANCE in Chicago. He last appeared on the Great White Way in IMPRESSIONISM, and before that, in PRYMATE (which he also choreographed), THE FULL MONTY (also in the West End), PLAY ON!, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN' (on Broadway, in London and on tour), STARDUST, ANDRÉ DE SHIELDS' HAARLEM NOCTURNE, THE WIZ, RACHAEL LILY ROSENBLOOM AND DON'T YOU EVER FORGET IT and WARP. Among his off-Broadway credits are THE WITCH OF EDMONTON, BLACK NATIVITY, JUST SO, JAZZBO BROWN and more. De Shields also choreographed two Bette Midler shows for Broadway. In addition, he recently played 'King Louie' in the world premiere of Mary Zimmerman's adaptation of THE JUNGLE BOOK at the Goodman in Chicago and Huntington in Boston.
