Broadway favorite turned television star Tituss Burgess took to social media to complain about an experience with a moving company that was unsatisfying, to say the least.
As explained on the Instagram video, the breakout star from Tina Fey's Netflix hit comedy "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" hired a company to simply move his couch. When the movers were a half-hour late, he checked in by phone, but according to Burgess, the company insisted that he post a review on Yelp before doing the job.

Burgess did, however, abide by their request to post a review on Yelp, which has since been removed.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Burgess wrote, in part, "I called this man this morning. We chatted. He said he could move my couch at 1pm which was the time I requested. 1:30 still no movers. I called back and he says I will give you a discount...I said ok. He says but you have to post a review on yelp. I said when you complete the job i will complete the review. FOR THE FOLLOWING I HAVE THE ENTIRE TEXT EXCHANGE SAVED. He texts saying no review no show. This went on for about 45 minutes."
Entertainment Weekly further reports that a manager at the company, Franks Express, said Burgess was not dealing with their company, although the actor provided a text message exchange with a person identified as being with Franks Express.

Burgess' stratosphere-hitting vocals first wowed Broadway audiences as one of the surfers looking for love and waves in GOOD VIBRATIONS. Next came a featured spot as recording star Hall Miller in JERSEY BOYS, followed by the plum roles of Sebastian in THE LITTLE MERMAID and Nicely-Nicely Johnson in the 2009 revival of GUYS AND DOLLS.
He's received universal acclaim playing aspiring Broadway star Titus Andromedon, roommate of Ellie Kemper's Kimmy Schmidt.
