On this morning's TODAY, Tony-nominated actor Jonathan Groff (HAMILTON) spoke to Kathie Lee and Hoda about the highly anticipated film version of HBO's LOOKING. "The fans kind of rallied and HBO gave us a movie to wrap up the storylines, which never happens!," explains Groff of the upcoming project. He also revealed that he will return to his Tony-nominated role as King George III in tonight's performance of Hamilton. The actor recently starred in the HBO series LOOKING and will soon appear in David Fincher's upcoming MINDHUNTER series on Netflix. Groff's other TV credits include THE NORMAL HEART, GLEE and BOSS. He also voiced the role of 'Kristoff' in Disney's animated mega-hit FROZEN and its follow-up short FROZEN FEVER. Aside from his role as 'King George III' in Broadway's Hamilton, Groff has recently taken the stage in Encores! Off-Center's A NEW BRAIN. He is well known for starring in the original cast of SPRING AWAKENING.
