On yesterday's THE VIEW on ABC, Jessica Chastain talked to the ladies about her film and stage career. The actress shared that she had initial reservations about taking on her current role in Broadway's THE HEIRESS, revealing that when the opportunity first came to her she was "not sure I want to do theater right now. My movies were just starting to come out after years of waiting." However, she quickly reminded herself "It's always been a dream of mine to do Broadway." Check out her appearance below!

The Heiress stars Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain as Catherine Sloper, Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner David Strathairn as Dr. Austin Sloper, the leading man of “Downton Abbey” Dan Stevens as Morris Townsend and Tony Award winner Judith Ivey as Lavinia Penniman.
