Barry Manilow is back on Broadway for the first time in more than two decades, hosting a limited run at the St. James Theatre. This morning, he stopped by 'Good Day New York' and talked about the show and even performed some of his classic hits. Check out the appearance below!
The legendary entertainer shared his thoughts on why he decided to make his Broadway return at this point in his career. "I just thought before I croak, I wanted to do it one more time," he joked, but added, "I did it in the '70's and that was fun, and once in the'80's and I thought, 'Well one more time... and I'm having the greatest time!"
Manilow on Broadway has been extended through March 2 due to popular demand. For more information on the show and ticket information visit: manilowonbroadway.com.
