As previously reported on BroadwayWorld, Kristin Chenoweth was hospitalized after an accident on the set of the CBS drama series The Good Wife. A CBS source said the actress was struck by a piece of lighting equipment, fell to the ground and struck her head. She is currently out of the hospital and recovering.
