Theater royalty Julie Andrews visited the Wednesday matinee performance of The King and I, now running at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.

According to the New York Post, audience members reported that they watched the 'The Sound of Music' star and her five grandchildren fully immersed in the production, even reporting that Andrews could be seen singing along with the show's star Kelli O'Hara.

The Post quotes one audience member as saying, "It truly was a family affair. Andrews grinned from ear to ear, surrounded by her 'favorite things.'"

For her part, Tony nominee O'Hara was floored by the all-star audience member, tweeting: "Julie Andrews was at our matinee today @KingandIBway. "?!?!?#%¥+%%^!!!" Did I say that out loud #norealwords"
