Trinity Rep Releases Line-up for 07-08 Season

By:

On March 5, 2007, Trinity Rep  announced its 44th Season will begin with a bold new staging of Adrian Hall's adaptation of All The King's Men, a classic tale of political power and intrigue, and conclude with a new romantic musical written by Curt Columbus entitled Paris by Night.

Also on tap are Shakespeare's drama Richard III and Noel Coward's comedy Blithe Spirit, Kathleen Tolan's mother-daughter drama Memory House and D. Salem Smith & Laura Kepley's Some Things Are Private, which is the latest collaboration from the creative team from last season's Boots on the Ground.

"In planning my second season, I wanted to continue to challenge, enlighten and entertain local audiences, while featuring the unique artistry of our singular resident acting company.  These plays represent a wide range of genres all anchored by the exploration of themes of power - ranging from grand political intrigue to small family battles played out in America's living rooms." said Trinity's Artistic Director, Curt Columbus.

"Another exciting development for this upcoming season is the arrival of Michael Gennaro as our new Executive Director.  Michael has incredible experience in the American regional theater, on and off Broadway, as well as internationally.  His addition to the Company will take Trinity to exciting new places in the coming years.", Columbus added.
