Tony Awards Presenters to Collect $35K in Gift Bags
The 60 presenters and co-hosts of the Tony Awards--including Julia Roberts, Oprah Winfrey, Bernadette Peters and Chita Rivera--will be honored with designer accessories, gift sets, jewelry and more. At the Tonys, the stars will be invited to the Official Presenter Gift Lounge backstage where they will be able to customize their own gift collection. Other stars announced to date include: Glenn Close, Hank Azaria, Liev Schreiber, Kyra Sedgwick, Mark Ruffalo, Eric McCormack, Ralph Fiennes, Cynthia Nixon, Martin Short, Alfre Woodard, and Anna Paquin. More presenters will be announced soon. The 60th Annual Tony Awards will be broadcast on CBS from Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Sunday, June 11th. Stars will roll away with Kipling's Coast Tote & Las Vegas Trolley filled with over $35,000 of goodies. This year, The American Theatre Wing's Antoinette Perry "Tony" Awards will be celebrating their 60th Anniversary. The 2006 Tony Awards are presented by the League of American Theatres and Producers and the American Theatre Wing.

Kirshner and Weiss/White Cherry Entertainment are Executive Producers of the 2006 Tony Awards. Weiss will also serve as Director of the 2006 Tony Awards.
