The Nutcracker
The Nutcracker featuring new staging, casting and choreography will be presented by the Franklin Performing Arts Company for two shows only on Saturday, December 12 at 7:30 and Sunday, December 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thomas D. Mercer Auditorium. Enjoy the music of Tchaikovsky played by a professional orchestra under the direction of Boston's Peter Cokkinias accompanying this classic holiday ballet. The cast includes guest artists, alumni, community performers and student dancers from more than 25 local communities. Purchase tickets early as the two shows will sell quickly! Tickets are $24.00 and $26.00; all seating is reserved. Group Tickets are available.
Humbug!
FPAC is proud to present its hit adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic, A Christmas Carol with its original production of HUMBUG! Scrooge will face his night time visitors with music from every genre and a host of holiday favorites. A ten-piece professional band will accompany the familiar cast of characters for an unpredictable retelling, while more than one hundred and fifty talented singers and dancers will get your toes-tapping for a guaranteed-to-end-happily "holiday musical extravaganza!".
