TheatreWorks Adds 4 Performances to 'Little Dog Laughed'

TheaterWorks, downtown Hartford's home for the hottest new plays, has announced four additional performances of the hit comedy The Little Dog Laughed.  The play, written by Douglas Carter Beane and directed by Rob Ruggiero, has performed to capacity crowds since it began its run on January 25.  The company has added performances to the current schedule to accommodate public demand. The schedule of newly added performances is as follows:

Saturday, February 16 at 2:30PM
Sunday, February 24 at 7:30PM
Sunday, March 2 at 7:30PM
Sunday, March 9 at 7:30PM

The production, which stars TV and screen actor Chad Allen, Broadway's Candy Buckley, and newcomers Jeremy Jordan and Amanda Perez, has received exuberant reviews from critics and audiences alike

Tickets are $37 for weeknights and matinees; $47 for Friday and Saturday evenings.  Seating is general admission.  Center reserved seats are $11 extra.  College-age student rush tickets are $11 at show time with valid school ID (subject to availability).  Special discounts are available for groups of 11 or more.
