In response to the pending storm, the Theatre Development Fund has just issued the following statement regarding the Broadway playing schedule for this weekend:

"At the time of this posting, all Broadway and Off Broadway performances are playing as scheduled for Saturday, August 27 and Sunday, August 28. All NYC Fringe Festival performances for Sunday have been cancelled. Please check back for further updates or go to BroadwayLeague.com for the most current information about Broadway performances.

TKTS Times Square will be open for its regular hours of sale. TKTS Downtown Brooklyn will be closed on Saturday, August 27 and TKTS Seaport will be closed on Sunday, August 28. Additionally, on Saturday, August 27, TKTS Seaport will sell tickets only for Saturday evening performances.

TDF is not authorized to offer refunds for tickets except in case of cancelled performances. If a theatre cancels its performance, an automatic refund check will be mailed or online purchases will be credited to your credit card.

If there is a citywide emergency and a patron is unable to attend a performance that has NOT been cancelled, it is up to the ticket holder to contact the theatre directly to try to make alternate arrangements. Please bear in mind that each theatre has its own procedures and policies. If you have questions or need assistance, please send us a note to customerservice@tdf.org and we will respond on Monday or Tuesday."
