THEATER TALK® presents its annual Tony® Awards predictions with favored panelists Patrick Pacheco of the Los Angeles Times, Michael Musto of The Village Voice, and Jesse Green of New York Magazine joining series co-hosts Michael Riedel of the New York Post and producer Susan Haskins for a lively session of agreement and dissension. Tony Predictions 2012 premieres Friday, May 25 (2012) at 1 AM on Thirteen, followed by airings on CUNY TV* Saturday 5/26 (8:30 PM), Sunday 5/27 (12:30 PM) and Monday 5/28 (7:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 7:30 PM). The show will be available for online viewing following the broadcasts at www.cuny.tv.

The panel offers a diverse, well-considered and often hilarious range of opinions about the top show and performer contenders to be honored at the Tony Awards ceremony in New York’s Beacon Theatre on Sunday, June 10. The categories discussed on the program are Best Musical, Best Play, Musical Revival, Play Revival, Leading Actor and Actress in a Play and Musical, and Best Director.

Pacheco, Musto and Green will return to THEATER TALK after the Tonys to offer their opinions about the 2012 awards and ceremony, for a Tony Wrap up show to air beginning June 15.

THEATER TALK is jointly produced by not-for-profits Theater Talk Productions and CUNY TV.
