The Directors Studios Announces Upcoming Events
Tu Dance is in the house
Studio A got a true treat this week when one of the brightest pillars from the Twin Cities' dance industry, Tu Dance, graced our floors with movement majesty.
Toni Pierce-Sands needed a quick space to plug an afternoon small group rehearsal. She and company member Katelyn Skelley burned up our marley-covered floor in prep for the full company's sixth season debut @ The O'Shaughnessy, November 20-22.
Thanks to Megan Buchanan for setting up the rehearsal.
Toni, Uri & Co. are truly a shining force in the movement arts and The Directors Studios was honored to host you guys, even if for one afternoon, and we hope to have you back soon!
"HOLD!"
Yeah, that was the cry from LA filmmakers Allen Rueckert and Mitch Yapko who flew into town and called The Directors Studios to hole up in Studio B and to get revved for their next cult classic...until we ran in the room with our much tinier camera to take a quick snaperoo of the Hollywood duo in action.
The guys from Who! Productions are rehearsing for the rest of the week and we're thankful to the MN Film & TV Board for the referral.
And let's not forget, it never hurts to take advantage of Snowbate.
