The Theater People Podcast Welcomes HAND TO GOD Tony Nominee Geneva Carr

On Monday, August 31st, the Theater People podcast welcomes the Tony-nominated Hand to God star Geneva Carr. In making her Broadway debut with Hand to God, Carr gave one of last season's most critically acclaimed performances in the role of Margery, the protagonist's mother.

In this episode, she shares stories of moving to New York to pursue a career as a banker and how seeing a performance at Ensemble Studio Theater changed her career trajectory and life. Carr has starred in several commercials and guested on more than 15 network television shows, and recently landed a role on a pilot for the TV Land Network, alongside other Broadway favorites Megan Hilty, John Behlmann, and Brooklyn Shuck.
