Terry Farrell And Brian Baker Star In LOVE LETTERS 2/19-22

By:

This February, TV celebrities and new Hershey area residents Terry Farrell ("Becker", "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" and "Back To School") and Brian Baker (best known as "The SPRINT PCS Guy") will star in the Hershey Area Playhouse production of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters. The production will be the first collaborative project, and Playhouse debut, for this real-life husband and wife.

Farrell began her career as an Elite Fashion Model, and was featured on the covers of Elle, Vogue, Mademoiselle, and Self. She co-starred with Rodney Dangerfield in the film "Back to School", and more recently was seen as Lt. Commander Jadzia Dax on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" and as Reggie Costas on the CBS sitcom "Becker" with Ted Danson.

A Penn State grad, Baker began his career with Chicago's famed The Second City, but is best known as the trench coat-clad spokesman for SPRINT PCS. He also guest starred on numerous TV shows including "The West Wing", "The Drew Carey Show", "Providence", "Hidden Hills" and "The Division". In 2001, People Magazine dubbed him "Sexiest Pitchman."

The couple relocated to Hershey in 2003 to raise their young son.

The play, directed by stage veteran Stuart Landon, is an intimate portrait of a relationship between an attorney and an artist that transcended decades through their ongoing letters, and will play two weekends in February, the 12th through 15th and the 19th through the 22nd.

This production kicks off Hershey Area Playhouse's 2009 season, with discounted season subscriptions available for $60 for teens/adults and $50 for children 12 and under. This is a savings of $17 per subscription - like getting one show free! Service charges apply. And season subscribers can exchange tickets for another performance during the same production, if necessary.

Tickets are on sale now and are available by clicking on the link below or stopping by our Box Office Tuesdays from noon to 4:00 pm or 90 minutes before each performance. Individual ticket prices are $15 for teens/adults and $13 for children 12 and under. Hershey Area Playhouse at Country Meadows is located on Sand Hill Road at Cherry Drive in Hershey.

Love Letters is directed by Stuart Landon and produced by Mark Douglas Cuddy
