Totally '80s Hollywood Bowl returns to the iconic venue on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 7:30 PM with The Human League, The B-52s, The Fixx and Berlin. The evening will be hosted by Berlin's inimitable frontwoman Terri Nunn.

The Human League is one of the most innovative and influential bands to have broken into the electro-pop mainstream during the 80s. Their marriage of infectious melodies and state-of-the-art technology proved enormously influential on countless acts following in their wake. To date, the band has sold over 20 million albums worldwide, with the help of smash hit singles "Don't You Want Me," "Human," and "(Keep Feeling) Fascination." However, the group who were famously described by David Bowie in 1979 as "the sound of the future," has never been about resting on its laurels. Thus, The Human League is set to release their ninth studio album Credo, the band's first release in ten years (following 2001's Secrets). Credo was just released digitally on Tuesday, August 16 in North America via the MB3 Records/EMI Music imprint and will be released physically on September 13. The Human League, Psychedelic Furs and ABC headlined Totally '80s Hollywood Bowl in 2006.
Thirty-five years and over twenty million albums into their career, The B-52s remain among the most beloved bands ever. From the timeless gems of "Rock Lobster," "Planet Claire," and "Private Idaho" to the more recent classics "Love Shack," "Roam," and "Funplex," The B-52s' unforgettable dance-rock tunes start a party every time their music begins. On October 11, 2011, The B-52s will release their first-ever live album, With The Wild Crowd! - Live In Athens, GA. Recorded in February 2011, the show commemorated the 34th anniversary of the band's first-ever live show on Valentine's Day 1977. Wig-wearing, boa-draped, glitter-covered fans came from near and far to celebrate this historic event, which saw the band deliver a sizzling 90-minute set that turned Athens' Classic Center into a cosmic dancehall. The show was also filmed in high definition and will be released on DVD and Blu-ray in 2012.

Hailing from England, The Fixx have often been heralded as one of the most innovative bands to come out of the MTV era. The Fixx's themes are complex, introspective, and thought-provoking and also have mass appeal. With millions of albums sold worldwide , the Fixx have had dozens of chart-topping hits including the ever-popular "Saved by Zero," "Stand or Fall," "Red Skies at Night," and "One Thing Leads to Another." The Fixx are currently working on their tenth studio album, Beautiful Friction, again demonstrating that they are always evolving and seeking new musical horizons. With their combination of classic hits, innovative new music, and epic live performances, The Fixx continue to excite and inspire.

Multi-platinum selling electronic dance rock veterans, Berlin, are still performing and recording more than 20 years after the release of their groundbreaking debut, Pleasure Victim. With vocalist Terri Nunn at the helm, Berlin are currently touring in select U.S. cities during their Regeneration Tour in support of their new live CD/DVD Terri Nunn & Berlin: All The Way In, the group's impressive 11th release. An eclectic and ambitious album, All The Way In is comprised of all the hits (including "The Metro," "Sex (I'm A...)," and "Take My Breath Away") along with new material and covers from a first-rate selection of artists.
