THREE VIEWINGS Added To New Rep's 2011-12 Season
New Repertory Theatre, in residence at the Arsenal Center for the Arts, is pleased to announce the addition of Three Viewings by Jeffrey Hatcher to its 2011-2012 Season. Three Viewings will run from November 27 through December 28, 2011 in the Black Box Theater.
Collected Stories, which was originally scheduled to run in the Black Box Theater at this time, will now be running from October 9th through October 30th in the Charles Mosesian Theater. Collected Stories by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Donald Margulies is more suited for the Charles Mosesian Theater because of the notoriety of the playwright Donald Margulies and his prolific works. "I am excited about the new dimension that Three Viewings will add to our 2011-2012 Season," states Harriet Sheets, Managing Director, New Repertory Theatre. "The three profound stories in Three Viewings boldly address our 2011-2012 Season theme of legacy by looking at how the choices we make have everlasting repercussions on those around us, and I am certain this clever play will engage and enthrall our audience."Sheets continues, "We are also delighted to have Jim Petosa, the director of Opus and The Last Five Years that we produced in prior seasons, join us again to direct Three Viewings."THREE VIEWINGS

November 27 - December 18, 2011
In Three Viewings, award-winning playwright Jeffrey Hatcher explores love, money, and loss in a trio of mordantly witty narratives. An infatuated man goes to extraordinary lengths in order to win a woman's heart; a jewelry thief with a hidden secret reclaims a family heirloom; and a widow confronts the repercussions of her late husband's wheeling and dealing. Hatcher weaves these three poignant tales into an evening of remarkable storytelling that is sure to entice and captivate you.
