By: BWW News Desk
Mad Cat Productions in collaboration with The Hollywood Fringe Festival presents THE WOMEN OF TU-NA HOUSE, making its west coast debut on the Fringe Central Mainstage with just three performances at the Open Fist Theatre Company, located at 6209 Santa Monica Boulevard, on Tuesday (preview) June 12th @8pm, Thursday June 14th @5:30pm and Saturday June 16th @3:30pm.
What matters most... the size of the boat, the motion of the ocean or Jeremy Lin? Find out as you’re whisked on a wild visit to an Asian massage parlor, where you’re guaranteed plenty of bang for your buck, and meet the women who work there, a succession of eight disparate, distinct characters, as they search for their own “happy endings.”Written and performed by veteran New York actress Nancy Eng, this funny & entertaining one-woman show offers a rare glimpse into a surprising, comical and sometimes sad world generally seen only through almond-shaped eyes.
