THE LION KING's Tshidi Mayne Performs at Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation's Gala, 10/29

The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation will be holding their inaugural Global Champions of a Mother's Fight Gala Awards Luncheon at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in NY today, October 29th 2012. The event will honor longtime leaders in the fight to end pediatric AIDS, and will be presented by Arianna Huffington, who will serve as the Master of Ceremonies, leading a thought provoking panel with the event's three honorees, Alex Gorsky, CEO of Johnson & Johnson, Amy Robbins, founder of the Nduna Foundation, and Cookie Johnson, Magic Johnson's wife and board member of the Magic Johnson Foundation.

The event will also feature décor designed by Karlie Kloss and Jason Wu, as well as a globally inspired menu designed by award-winning chef Cat Cora and a special performance by Tshidi Mayne, star of Broadway's The Lion King.

Global Champions of a Mother's Fight 2012 Awards Luncheon will take place today, Monday October 29th 2012, from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Madarin Oriental Hotel, Columbus Circle, NYC.
