THE BOOK OF MORMON Tour Breaks House Records in Seattle
THE BOOK OF MORMON, winner of nine Tony Awards including Best Musical, has broken the house records in Seattle for the weeks ending January 13, 2013 and January 20, 2013.
The First National Tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, currently playing at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, broke the house record in Seattle for the week ending 1/13/13, grossing $1,981,015.00. THE BOOK OF MORMON breaks the record, previously set by WICKED in 2009.
The production continues on to Des Moines, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Rochester, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Boston, Toronto, Cleveland and Washington, DC the 2012-2013 season.
THE BOOK OF MORMON features book, music and lyrics by Trey Parker, Robert Lopez and Matt Stone. The production is choreographed by Casey Nicholaw and is directed by Nicholaw and Parker.
