Stephanie Miller’s 'Sexy Liberal Comedy Tour' Comes to the Wadsworth Theatre 10/22
The phenomenon that is the Stephanie Miller's Sexy Liberal Comedy Tour comes to the Wadsworth Theatre one night only - Saturday, October 22nd at 8:00PM.
Stephanie Miller who can be heard locally on KTLK/Progressive Talk 1150AM will be joined by special guests, comedians HAl Sparks and John Fugelsang, for ‘An Evening of Comedy From the Left,' all put together in one sexy package."
Tickets go out on sale on Friday, May 27th at 10:00AM and are available by going to www.ticketmaster.com and range from $23.00 to $63.00.
Miller explained the origins of her Sexy Liberal Comedy show, "This tour came from the desire to bring 'liberal' comedy to the road. It's an area that is really underrepresented because people assumed that 'progressive' and 'liberal' comedy and entertainment doesn't sell, but since this tour launched, we have been proving everybody wrong."
As far as bringing the tour to Los Angeles, Miller added, "We were going to wait a while, but the outpour from the fans here has been simply amazing. As soon as the tour was first announced, people started creating Facebook pages and emailing me to bring the show to LA and I couldn't be happier to be performing in my hometown and sleeping in my own bed after a show."
