'Spend The Night' Florida Theater Ghost Hunt

Ghost Hunt At the Lake Worth Playhouse with The Florida Ghost Team

On Friday, August 15^th at 9:00 p.m. the Lake Worth Playhouse and the Florida Ghost Team will conduct another Spend the Night at the Playhouse event, where patrons are invited to conduct a 'hands on' hunt for the supernatural residents of the theater.  The Florida Ghost Team has spent many hours investigating reported phenomena at the Playhouse using infrared cameras, sound recorders, computers and other technological equipment in order to verify 'hot spots' and 'activity' in various areas of the building, and have had confirmed readings and sightings on several occasions. They have conducted several very successful ghost hunting events at the theater. Participants reported moving objects, as well as seeing 'flashes' and orbs, and digital recordings were made of unusual sounds and voices.  During the March 28^th event, spotlights turned on and off – even though the theater's lighting board had been disconnected earlier in the evening. 

Once again, this will be a Real Investigation. There will be no props, set ups or scare tactics.  Whatever participants experience will be real. Guests will work closely with Florida Ghost Team members and participate fully in every aspect of the investigation. They will have access to the Team's equipment and expertise, and will be able to record and document paranormal activity as it occurs. 

The evening will include: 

·        A brief history and tour of the Lake Worth Playhouse

·        Explanations and evidence from Florida Ghost Team's investigations of the Playhouse, including recordings

·        Instructions on how to use investigative equipment and how to conduct an investigation

·        'Hands On' investigative experience

·        Light refreshments
