Spark your imagination and invite your inner child to RECESS!, a special Space on White event for artists and non-artists to play, create, laugh, learn, discover, and have a great time reconnecting to the artist in all of us.

Drop in on a workshop or stay for the whole day of easy, fun workshops exploring art, music, dance, and theatre, taught by our own community of artists!

Recess! is part of Space on White's continued mission of creating a dynamic, affordable blank canvas environment to empower the artistic process.

Space on White is a socially conscious, artistically-centered collection of studios in Tribeca NYC. It allows individuals or organizations to rent spaces that cater to acting, music, dance, and the visual arts. Born through the inspiration of performing artist Chasten Harmon, Space on White encourages collaboration and growth for artists and their audiences. With open, spacious designs, Space on White provides a blank canvas to nurture the creativity and passion vital to an artist's career.
