Solomon Returns To NYC With 'Italian/Jew/Therapy'

Steve Solomon, the creator of the hit comedy My Mother's Italian, My Father's Jewish, and I'm In Therapy!  returns to the long-running New York production for one week only, April 21st - 25th, at The Westside Theatre (407 West 43rd Street, between 9th & 10th Aves.).  Solomon will be covering for a vacationing Paul Kreppel who assumed the role of "Steve" a year ago when Solomon launched the national tour of the show.

When Solomon opened the show in New York in November 2006, WOR Radio raived "Solomon is a major talent and a wonderful comedian" while The New York Post praised Solomon's "perfect comic timing."  Variety says "Steve Solomon is Alan King, Billy Crystal, a smidgen of Don Riickles and George  Carlin all thrown in.""After a year on the road, what a thrill it is to come home to New York where it all began," says Solomon.  "While I've been touring the show, Paul Kreppel has been giving a brilliant performance playing "Steve" at The Westside Theatre.  (Can you imagine playing me eight performances a week for a year?
