Former casting exec Geoffrey Soffer and Talent Manager/Producer Jen Namoff have partnered to form Soffer/Namoff Entertainment, a talent management and Production Company based in New York.
Following a 6 year tenure as Casting Exec at ABC Studios in New York, Soffer cast TV shows independently including "Ugly Betty" and "The Beautiful Life", before transitioning into management and production in 2010. He produces the upcoming feature "He's Way More Famous Than You" directed by Michael Urie, starring Halley Feiffer, Jesse Eisenberg, Ryan Spahn, Mamie Gummer, Ben Stiller, Natasha Lyonne, Ralph Macchio, and Vanessa Williams.
Namoff is producer of the hit Broadway revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying previously starring Daniel Radcliffe and currently starring Nick Jonas, Michael Urie, Beau Bridges, and Tammy Blanchard. She also was one of the producers of the 2012 Drama Desk Outstanding Revival nomine MCCs "Carrie." She was previously a partner at Intrepid Talent Management.
Soffer and Namoff bring to the new company Emmy Award winner and two-time Tony Award nominee Tammy Blanchard, "Queer as Folk" star Randy Harrison, Phillip Spaeth ("Smash"), Brennan Brown ("Person of Interest"), Katie Chang (Sofia Coppola's upcoming "The Bling Ring"), Kelly McCreary (CW's "First Cut"), as well as Broadway up and comers Jessica Phillips (Leap of Faith), Elizabeth Stanley (Merrily We Roll Along), Andrew Keenan-Bolger (Newsies), and 2012 Tony Award nominee Josh Young (Jesus Christ Superstar).
