Show Line-Up and Casting Announced for F-Plays

Producers Working Man's Clothes, The Thursday Problem, and Jeffrey Schulman have announced the full line-up and casting for fuckplays, a group of eight plays by different playwrights exploring the darkest thoughts, most basic instincts, and carnal desires of mankind.

The Impotence of Being Ernest by Joshua Hill, directed by Julie Rossman

Marriage Play by Bekah Brunstetter, directed by Diana Basmajian

Arms and the Octopus by Casey Wimpee, directed by Isaac Byrne

Wood by Justin Cooper, directed by Steven Gillenwater

Sharpen My Dick by Greg Romero, directed by Cole Wimpee

Candy Room by William Charles Meny, directed by Thomas Caruso

The Saddest Thing in the History of the World by Kyle Jarrow, directed by Matthew Hancock

1.1-1.7 by Eric Sanders, directed by Stephen Brackett
 
Featured actors include Adam Belvo, Mick Bleyer, Elliotte Crowell, Jared Culverhouse, John Flynn, Robert Funaro, Kaci Gober, Ebony Hogan, Julian James, Elizabeth Kensek, Michael Mason, Erin McCarson, Nell Mooney, David Mitsch, Will Neuman, Amy Lynn Stewart, Steven Strobel, Corey Sullivan , Mark Thornton, Lucy Walters, Molly Ward, Charlie Wilson, Cole Wimpee and Alessandra Ziviani. Lighting design is by Maegan Kidd and Katie Stevens, and costume design is by Candice Thompson.

The Ohio Theatre is at 66 Wooster St. between Spring and Broome—C/E or 6 to Spring Street. There will be fiver performances through Sunday, April 1st (Wednesday-Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm).  The show will then transfer to the Galapagos Art Space EVOLVE Series in Williamsburg (70 N. 6th St. btwn. Wythe and Kent—L Train to Bedford Ave.), curated by Artistic Director Travis Chamberlain, where it plays all four Friday nights in April:  Friday, April 6th at 7:30pm; Friday, April 13th at 7:30pm; Friday, April 20th at 7:30pm; and Friday, April 27th at 7:30pm.
