Shadowbox Live Fundraiser Held Tonight June 14

Shadowbox Live's highly anticipated move to the Brewery District is a mere two months away. Construction is well underway in the theater, and a portion of the new space is already in operation now that The Backstage Bistro is open for coffee and pastries every morning. And tonight, Shadowbox Live is offering a unique opportunity to grab a sneak peek at the construction and support the relocation at The Backstage Fundraiser.

"The Backstage Fundraiser is a fun, casual party we're hosting in our Backstage Bistro," says Stacie Boord, Community Relations Director for Shadowbox Live. "Funds raised from this event will help us build our dance rehearsal space, vocal room, audio edit suite, and soundstage."

Taking place tonight, June 14th at 503 S. Front Street, The Backstage Fundraiser starts at 5:30 PM and concludes at 8:00 PM. Admission will include complimentary hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and a hard-hat tour of the performance space.

"If you haven't had a chance to see our new home, this is a fabulous time to do just that!" says Boord. "Come mingle with your favorite metaperformers, and get an exclusive look at the theater before it's even completed."
