Two shows were this week confirmed to play on Broadway: BIG KNIFE, starring Tony Award nominee Bobby Cannavale; and REBECCA, which was originally scheduled for this spring, will open November 18 at the Broadhurst Theatre. The BIG KNIFE revival, presented by Roundabout Theatre Company, will feature the direction of Doug Hughes and centers around a movie star with a past secret in the golden age of Hollywood cinema. REBECCA - a hit in Vienna, making its Broadway debut - will feature Karen Mason, Howard McGillin, James Barbour and more.

The week also featured several other celebrations along with the Tony buzz - the New York Pops honored Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens with performances from some of Broadway's brightest. MTC held its annual gala, SPIDER-MAN star Patrick Page celebrated his birthday with a surprise from the cast and crew, Broadway sang Adele, the The White House Correspondents’ Association held its 98th annual dinner and more!
