Richard O'Brien's new production of the Rocky Horror Show celebrated its world premiere at The Admiralspalast in Berlin on October 31. The 1973 cult classic is directed by revival-wiz and Tony Nominee, Sam Buntrock (Sunday in the Park with George – Broadway and West End, Assassins – West End). Buntrock's production revives O'Brien's original score and book, and features scenic design by fellow Tony Nominee and Outer Critics Circle Award Winner, David Farley (Sunday in the Park with George), and the European debut of New York-based burlesque choreographer, Matthew Mohr (Wigstock, The Box, Coney Island, The Slipper Room).

The European tour of Rocky Horror Show is presented by the Howard Panter for Rocky Horror Company and Michael Brenner for BB Promotion, who collaborated on the successful UK 50th Anniversary tour of West Side Story. The show will remain in Berlin for four weeks prior to embarking on a six-month international tour including Vienna, Zurich and Munich.

Founded in 1987 by producer Michael Brenner under the name BB Promotion – The Art of Entertainment, the group is now one of the leading firms providing high quality live entertainment in Europe. Based in Mannheim, Germany, the group's field of  responsibility and line of business includes directing concerts in the region, facilitating national and international tours of musical theatre productions as well as premieres of German productions.  www.bb-promotion.com.
