Some might say going to see a musical is just about criminally fun, but for one 19-year-old from Staffordshire, it was - literally. Matthew Banks called in sick to jury duty, but instead of staying home ill he went to see the West End's CHICAGO and continued to tell officials he was recovering even when police learned that he was in London.

Banks was released from jail today, on the fifth day of his fourteen day sentence. "I broke the law but I don't think I should've gone to prison," he told reporters.
