In the episode, as Jane tries to avoid aggravating Owen's heart condition, Deb's mother Bobbie Dobkins enlists Jane to help when a dance school student sues her over an injury. Famous dance instructor Abby Lee Miller is brought in to testify in the case. Meanwhile a high school classmate hires Grayson when the city of Lakewood refuses to pay her for a sculpture it considers obscene.

Lifetime’s critically acclaimed hit series, "Drop Dead Diva," returned for a fourth season with 13 new episodes. The one-hour, comedic drama tells the story of a shallow wannabe model who dies in a sudden accident only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, plus-size and recently deceased attorney, Jane.
