Last night, June 19, BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON alum Benjamin Walker visited The Late Show with David Letterman to promote his new film, ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER. The thriller is set to open in theaters on June 22nd from 20th Century Fox. The film, directed by Timur Bekmambetov, also stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dominic Cooper, Rufus Sewell, Alan Tudyk, Anthony Mackie, Jimmi Simpson, Jaqueline Fleming and Robin McLeavy.

The film is a re-imagining of the 16th President's life that depicts him as an axe-throwing, highly accomplished killer of vampires - an obsession of his since a supernatural creature took the life of his mother. Lincoln eventually learns that the vampires have fled to the southern states of the U.S. and are scheming to conquer and enslave the entire country. This event leads to the Civil War between the Union and the Confederacy, the latter of which the vampires are aligned.

Check out Walker reminisce about his days on Broadway, treating the elderly to lap dances in BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON and playing President number 2 on the big screen below!
