Broadway stars Ali Ewoldt ("Les Miserables," "West Side Story") and Adam Jacobs ("Les Miserables," "The Lion King") rehearse with Filipino-American composer Fabian Obispo for their upcoming concert at The Town Hall, A HEART FULL OF LOVE, on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 8 p.m.

In this clip they rehearse two numbers from the musical "Long Season," written by Chay Yew with music by Mr. Obispo, music direction by David Dabbon, and direction by Adam Fitzgerald.

"I think concertgoers at The Town Hall will be surprised at some points -- pleasantly, hopefully. They will hear some things that are expected as well -- some really good Broadway duets and some really exciting mashups that our musical director, David Dabbon, has written. Between those and my foray into a 'new genre' (I don't want to give too much away!), it's going to be an exciting night," Jacobs told BroadwayWorld.com at a photo call.

"We also have new works [like those of Gregor and Carner], which are very exciting. With all that combined, it's like a melting pot. It's going to be just 90 minutes; it's going to fly really quickly. And it's very kid-friendly; people of all ages, types, weights, races should come and see the show!" he added.

Proceeds from the concert will go to the 3rd The Outstanding Filipino-Americans in New York (TOFA-NY) Awards, an annual award ceremony that recognizes exemplary Filipino-Americans in the New York Tri-State held in October; and to Mindoro Healthcare Consulting's current research to find a cure for multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.
