SARANELLO’S Opens At Westin Chicago North Shore

Saranello's, a new Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) restaurant, will open as a casual Italian restaurant this fall, located in the Westin Chicago North Shore, (601 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Wheeling). The 6,700-square-foot restaurant will feature Italian cuisine and seating for 150 people. The restaurant will be open every day of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Saranello's Executive Chef and Partner Mychael Bonner says, "We are pairing an intimate and inviting setting with traditional Italian fare. Local business executives, residents and travelers will enjoy having a neighborhood spot for a casual Italian meal."

Walk into Saranello's, and you will immediately be at home. The cozy and inviting dark woods; rough, distressed beams; and muted color palette make this rustic eatery a relaxing haven.

Tradition Italian fare is center stage. Chef Bonner will craft specialty pizza, homemade pasta, signature ravioli, lasagna, steak and fresh fish. Master Sommelier Alpana Singh selected her favorite Italian wines for perfect pairings. To top it off, a cookie cart will travel right to your table, displaying homemade Italian delights. A 50-foot bar lines an entire wall.

Saranello's will also feature a quick grab-and-go breakfast for the busy business execs and vacationers.

For holiday parties, business meetings and other gatherings there are private dining rooms. The larger space has seating for 50 while two smaller dining rooms have a capacity of 25.
