Ring of Fire Launches Official Web Site, Previews Begin February 2006
Ring of Fire announces the launch of their website www.ringoffirethemusical.com. Log on now for the latest news about the Broadway bound musical and the man himself Mr. Johnny Cash, as well as video interviews with John Carter Cash, Johnny Cash's longtime manager Lou Robin, creator and director Richard Maltby, Jr. and conceiver and producer William Meade.
Ring of Fire will have its New York premiere beginning Wednesday, February 8th, 2006 and open officially on Sunday, March 12th, 2006 on Broadway at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street).
Ring of Fire was created by Tony Award® winner Richard Maltby, Jr. and William Meade. Directed by Richard Maltby, Jr., Ring of Fire features musical direction by Jeff Lisenby and choreography by Lisa Shriver.
Ring of Fire is presented by William Meade, CTM Productions, G-Four Productions, Robert Cuillo and James B. Freydberg who also serves as Executive Producer.
