Ridgefield Theater Barn to Host Advanced Acting Class, 3/7

Due to overwhelming demand, the Ridgefield Theater Barn is now offering an advanced acting class. Susan Grace Cohen is returning to the Barn to offer a brand-new workshop, "Red Carpet Intermediate/Advanced Acting Class" this spring. The classes, for adults only, will take place Thursday evenings 6:30-8:30pm, starting March 7th.

Susan Grace Cohen, formerly of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where she was a faculty member for 20 years, has coached many actors including, James Gandolfini (Sopranos), Linda Hamilton (Terminator 1 & 2) Karen Allen (Raiders of the Lost Ark), James Spader (Sex, Lies and Videotape, Boston Legal, Race), Melora Walters (Boogie Nights, Magnolia, Big Love), Steven Buscemi (Fargo, Sopranos), Mel Harris (thirtysomething), Justin Chambers (Grey's Anatomy), Heather Juergensen (Kissing Jessica Stein) and Sarah Burns, (I Love You, Man).

This advanced program is for actors with prior training and/or performance work. It is geared to develop technique, creative interpretation of literature, and move careers forward. To assure that every student receives adequate attention, class size is limited to 14 students, so early registration is strongly recommended. This is an adults only course; minimum age 18. The 8-week workshop will run through April 25^th, with a cost of $360 for members, $380 non-members.
