The Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF) has announced the presenters of the 2012 ROBIE Awards for its Annual Awards Dinner on Monday, March 5 at 6:30p.m. at New York's Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. This star-studded event promises to be an unforgettable evening honoring three true philanthropists.

Grammy award-winning music superstar Ricky Martin will present the Lifetime Achievement Award to legendary performing artist Rita Moreno. Martin will soon be starring in the role of Che Guevara in Andrew Lloyd Webber's upcoming revival of 'Evita'.

Moreno is one of a select group of performers to have won all four of the most prestigious show business awards: The Oscar, The Emmy, The Tony and The Grammy. The Oscar was for her performance as Anita in the 1962 motion picture West Side Story. The two Emmys were for a 1977 variety appearance on "The Muppet Show" and a 1978 dramatic guest appearance on "The Rockford Files." The Tony was for her 1973 triumph on Broadway as Googie Gomez in The Ritz. The Grammy was for her 1972 performance on "The Electric Company Album" for children, which was based on the long-running television show of the same name. Other film credits include Singin' in the Rain and The King and I, while additional Broadway credits include The Odd Couple, The Last of the Red Hot Lovers and The Sign in Sidney Brustein's Window.

Other presenters at the event include former Cincinnati Red and Baseball Hall of Famer Joe L. Morgan who will present the ROBIE Achievement in Industry Award to Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chubb Corporation John D. Finnegan, and the ROBIE Humanitarian Award will be presented by the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Related Companies Stephen M. Ross to Former NFL Commissioner and Chair of the Board of Directors of Georgetown University Paul Tagliabue. The evening will also include a musical performance by the multi-platinum, female R&B vocal group En Vogue accompanied by the Ray Chew Band featuring Onree Gill.

Hosted by legendary entertainer Bill Cosby, the iconic event pays tribute to individuals who embody the humanitarian ideals of Jackie Robinson and raises funds for the Jackie Robinson Foundation. The Foundation provides generous, four-year college scholarships, graduate school grants, and extensive mentoring to academically-distinguished minority students with financial need and leadership capacity. Martin L. Edelman, Esq., Of Counsel to Paul Hastings LLP will serve as event chair.
