Real Vocal String Quartet Plays in NYC

Real Vocal String Quartet plays in NYC on 10/27 & 10/28. Based in San Francisco, RVSQ is similar to the Kronos Quartet or the Turtle Island Quartet in that they are classically trained musicians playing their own version of folk-pop, but they are unique in the sense that they sing while playing (no small feat with a violin under your chin) and they are all women. They were recently featured on Feist's most recent album, 'Metals.'
