RMTC Welcomes You to the 60’s with HAIRSPRAY July 14-August 7

Red Mountain Theatre Company brings you Broadway's big, fat musical comedy hit, HAIRSPRAY, July 14-August 7, 2011, at the Virginia Samford Theatre (1116 26th Street South).

Get swept away to 1960s Baltimore, where the 50s are out - and change is in the air! This summer, follow your own beat and watch a plump teenager become an overnight celebrity and then force change that'll break all the rules. The winner of eight Tony Awards, Hairspray will have you singing along to songs like "You Can't Stop the Beat," "Big, Blonde and Beautiful," "Nicest Kids in Town" and "Welcome to the 60s." Don't miss this larger-than-life Broadway musical that will make you dance and make you dream! 

Show times are Thursday-Saturday, 7:30 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 2:00 PM. Tickets are $30-35 (student rush and senior rates are also available). For tickets, call 205-324-2424 or visit www.redmountaintheatre.org.
