Pull-Tight's Prelude Series Continues with Jim Lovensheimer on GODSPELL, 3/20

By:

Pull-Tight's long-running "Prelude" series continues its sixth season on Sunday, March 20, 2011, when Professor Jim Lovensheimer will speak on "Godspell and the Musicals of Stephen Schwartz." The 2:00 PM Prelude, which will be held at the Theatre, is free and open to the public. Those who attend the Prelude will be eligible to win a Door Prize.

The cast of Godspell will open the Prelude with a brief scene from the show, followed by Professor Lovensheimer's talk, and questions and discussion with the audience. The Prelude should last approximately 1 hour. Admission and refreshments are free, and Pull-Tight members and the general public are invited.

Pull-Tight's Prelude Series offers audiences a broader understanding of each Pull-Tight Main Season show by exploring an interesting aspect of the show with an expert. Preludes have served both as an introduction to Pull-Tight and our shows, and as educational outreach to our community.
