Photo Coverage: 'The Last Song' Premieres in Hollywood
On Thursday, March 25, The Last Song, starring Miley Cyrus and real-life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, premiered at the Arclight Hollywood Cinema in Hollywood California. BroadwayWorld brings you the starry red carpet arrivals.
This coming-of-age drama features debut direction by Julie Anne Robinson and was co-written by Sparks and Jeff Van Wie. Greg Kinnear and Kelly Preston co-star in the film, which follows a troubled teenager (Cyrus) as she reconnects with her estranged father and falls in love during a summer in a quiet Southern beach town. The film is being distributed by Touchstone Pictures, an alternative film label of The Walt Disney Company. The film was also written as a novel by Sparks.
The film will be commercially released on March 31, 2010.
