On October 6th, 2008 theater, television, and film celebrities Polly Draper, S. Epatha Merkerson, Talia Balsam and Cybill Shepherd attended the second annual "Reinvention Convention", hosted by More Magazine at Chelsea Piers.The "Reinvention Convention" is an annual series of events aimed at encouraging and instructing women over 40 how to redefine themselves. The convention is a full day of executive advice and networking focused on health, work, money, fashion, beauty, and philanthropy. The actresses participated in the "Women in Hollywood Panel Discussion" which examined the challenges facing women in Hollywood after age forty.
